A weak listing gets a "price?" message and nothing more. A strong one answers the questions in advance and leaves the buyer ready to visit. Use this checklist for every property you list.
The basics, always
- Property type and purpose: apartment for sale, shop for rent, plot for sale.
- Price, and whether it is negotiable. "Price on request" costs you enquiries.
- Area with the right unit for your market: sq ft, kanal, marla or sq yd.
- Bedrooms, bathrooms, floor and furnishing for homes.
- Locality and city. An exact address can wait until a visit is booked.
Photos that sell
- Start with the best exterior or living-room photo. It becomes the cover.
- Shoot in daylight, with lights on and curtains open.
- Include the kitchen, bathrooms, balcony and the view.
- Add a short walk-through video. It answers dozens of questions at once.
Write for the buyer
Lead with what the buyer cares about: light, space, the neighbourhood and how far it is from school, hospital or main road. Keep it honest. A listing that matches reality gets visits that turn into offers.
Keep it current
Nothing damages trust like calling about a property that is already sold. Mark listings sold or rented the same day, and review your active list every week.
