Property Dikhao ("we", "us") is a product of Scaled Holdings India Private Limited, trading as OpenLoop Systems. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use propertydikhao.online and our apps, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the requirements of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, phone number, agency name and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Listing content: the properties you add, including descriptions, prices, addresses and locations, photos and videos, and the contact details you choose to show on a listing.
- Agency page settings: logo, colours, tagline and public contact details.
- Enquiries: what you send us through the contact form or by email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and error logs, used for security and to keep the service running.
2. Content you publish is public
When you publish a listing, or set it to show on your agency page, the listing, its photos and the agent contact details shown on it can be seen by anyone with the link, and by search engines where the page is public. Do not put information in a listing that you do not want visitors to see.
3. How we use your data
- To create and run your account and show your listings and agency page.
- To provide support and reply to your messages.
- To bill paid plans and keep records required by law.
- To protect the service against abuse, fraud and security incidents.
- To improve Property Dikhao, using aggregated technical information.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the product, such as hosting and content-delivery providers (including Cloudflare), email delivery and payment processors once online payments are enabled. They may process data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Visitors to agency pages
When someone visits an agency page, we collect technical data as described above. Buttons such as Call and WhatsApp open the visitor's phone or WhatsApp app and contact the agent directly. Those conversations are between the visitor and the agent, and the agent is responsible for how they use that information.
6. How long we keep data
We keep account and listing data while your account is open. If you delete your account (see our Data Deletion page), we remove it from the live service within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law, such as invoices. Copies in backups are overwritten on the normal backup cycle.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and regular software updates. No online service can be perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us at once if you think your account was accessed without permission.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or erase it, and you can withdraw consent you have given. You can also nominate another person to exercise these rights for you. Write to [email protected] from your account email and we will reply within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children
Property Dikhao is for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email.
