What is Property Dikhao?
Property Dikhao is an online property listing tool for real estate professionals. You add your properties, get a shareable page for each one, and a public agency page at propertydikhao.online/your-agency. Agents can work from the phone.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 2 listings and is free forever. There is no trial that expires and no card is needed to sign up.
What do the paid plans cost?
Standard is ₹6,000 a year for up to 10 listings and 3 agents (about ₹500 a month). Premium is ₹13,000 a year for unlimited listings, 10 agents and your own domain (about ₹1,083 a month). Standard includes 3 agents. The Free plan is for the owner only. Both are billed yearly, in Indian Rupees.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the Premium plan. Our team sets it up for you, so your site runs at an address like www.youragency.com and links to your listings use your domain.
Do I have to show every listing on my public page?
No. Every listing has its own link you can share privately. You choose which listings also appear on your public agency page.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Agents join your agency with a join code and add their own listings. You can switch any agent off, and you are not charged per agent.
How many photos and videos can I add?
Up to 40 photos and 3 videos per listing. Photos are resized automatically so pages stay fast on mobile data.
Can I move to a higher plan later?
Yes. Upgrade whenever you need more listings. Your pages, links and listings stay exactly as they are.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account drops back to the Free plan. You keep all your listings and links. You just cannot add new ones past the free limit until you upgrade again.
