These terms govern your use of Property Dikhao, provided by Scaled Holdings India Private Limited, trading as OpenLoop Systems ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use it for an agency, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.
1. The service
Property Dikhao lets real estate professionals create listings, share a page for each listing and publish a public agency page. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for the agents you add. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
3. Plans and payment
- The Free plan has no charge and includes up to 2 listings.
- Standard (up to 10 listings) and Premium (unlimited listings, your own domain and setup by our team) are paid plans billed yearly in Indian Rupees. Current prices are on our Pricing page.
- A paid plan runs for 12 months from activation. If it is not renewed, your account returns to the Free plan: you keep your content but cannot add listings beyond the free limit.
- We may change prices for future renewals with reasonable notice. Taxes, where applicable, are in addition to the listed price.
Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Your content
You own the listings, photos, videos and text you upload. You give us a non-exclusive licence to store, process and display them as needed to run the service, including on your public pages. You promise that you have the right to upload the content, that it is accurate and not misleading, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
5. Your responsibilities as a property professional
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business and your listings, including real estate, consumer-protection and advertising rules, and any registration or approval numbers required in your area. Property Dikhao is a listing tool. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a buyer, seller, landlord or tenant, and we do not verify listings.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break it or these terms.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance from time to time.
8. Termination
You can stop using Property Dikhao and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if required by law, or if a paid account stays unpaid after notice.
9. Limits on our liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer-protection law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
