This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Property Dikhao paid plans, provided by Scaled Holdings India Private Limited, trading as OpenLoop Systems.
1. Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it or delete your account at any time.
2. Paid plans
Standard and Premium are billed once a year, in advance. You can choose not to renew at any time. If you do not renew, your plan stays active until the end of the paid year and then your account returns to the Free plan. You keep your content.
3. Refund window
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Write to [email protected] from your account email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days.
4. After the refund window
Payments for renewals, and payments after the first 7 days, are not refundable, and we do not refund part of a year. If we cannot provide the service you paid for, or you were charged in error, tell us and we will put it right or refund you.
5. Custom domain and setup
Premium includes setup of your own domain by our team. Once your domain has been connected, that work cannot be undone, so the setup is not refundable after it has been completed, except where the 7-day window in section 3 applies.
6. Downgrades
Moving from a higher plan to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the paid period. If you have more listings than the lower plan allows, they stay in your account, but you cannot add new ones until you are within the limit.
